Pastors bob & Tina Phillippi

Lead Pastors

Pastors Bob and Tina, have been serving God together since 2003 . They began their ministry together in Los Angeles as Outreach and Children's pastors, Pastor Bob and  Tina served as Lead associate pastor from 2012 to 2017 at their previous church. They have been serving God here at LMCC since April 2017 as Lead pastors. Their ministry philosophy can be summed up in the following statement "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."  It is with this philosophy that they pastor not only the church , but the community that God has called them to.

They have been married 20 years and have 2 amazing kids, 1 daughter and 1 son. Their greatest desire is that everyone would experience the unconditional love of Jesus and come to an understanding that their past does not dictate their future and God has an amazing plan for their lives!

Alex sees the importance of leading the church into God’s presence. He and the worship team work together and seek God for his presence in worship so that people would experience comfort, consolation, forgiveness and a deepen their relationship with God through worship. The lyrics in worship are powerful and God speaks to us through them, they are food for our souls, praises. and prayers to God.

You give life, You are love

You bring light to the darkness

You give hope, you restore

Every heart that is broken

Great are you, Lord

Celebrate Recovery

Stacy and I come from Escondido ca. We have 5 kids and 2 grand kids. We enjoy the outdoors, camping, fishing, lobstering, horse back riding, hanging out at amusement parks and football. We’ve been part of Celebrate Recovery since 2006. Both my wife and I come from a long history of drug addictions. Celebrate Recovery helped us find the power of Jesus Christ that brought us out of the mess that goes along with it. We are blessed to be part of Celebrate Recovery here at LMCC. It’s our hearts desire to help broken and hurting families experience the same hope, healing, and health we have received.
